A message from Dr. Yana Poulos, ND

It’s Fall, baby!

The changing leaves, the sweaters, the cider and doughnuts! I love it all. This is the perfect time to hunker down and boost up that immune system before cold and flu season really gets going. We can address individual immune issues and also put together an immune support kit full of natural and evidence-based remedies to have on hand when illness strikes.

I also recently introduced speciality testing to the clinic and it is a GAME-CHANGER for addressing chronic issues. Two tests that I want to highlight for Fall are the GI Map and Omx urine tests. The GI-MAP reveals the key players of the microbiome (the good, the bad, and the ugly!) and markers of intestinal health. If you experience constipation, diarrhea, bloating, acne or hives, immune issues, or fatigue this test is for you. The accuracy and reliability of this test allows practitioners to create personalized treatment protocols to address gut dysfunction based on which infections are urgent, which areas of the gut are already optimized, and which areas should be addressed after an infection is resolved.

The Omx urine test assesses damage to your metabolism. Do you have issues with weight gain or fatigue? The way your body creates energy might be compromised. This test will show you down to the enzyme-level where the issue lies and also how to fix it. Guess what, the fixes are easy and affordable and are specifically tailored to your results. This is the future of medicine and I’m so proud that I can offer it to my patients.

I’m offering a special on those two tests: GI Map and Omx urine. Schedule your 15-min Complementary Consultation and see if they are right for you.

Ps: I heard my patients loud and clear-keep telemedicine! All clinic visits are through video or phone call.

I hope you have a wonderful Fall season,

– Dr. Poulos
